This competition is run by Jasco Pty (NZ) Ltd, in partnership with Liquitex.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who are over the age of 18 years old and reside in New Zealand.
3. How to enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must; Like the social media post that announces the competition (not the story), follow @LiquitexNZ on Instagram and/or Facebook, and comment on the Liquitex NZ Facebook and or Instagram page their favourite Liquitex Basics Metallic shade to win. Only one comment entry per person. Entries must be recieved between 4th December 2025 and 8th December 2025.
4. Winner Selection & Prize
On Monday 8th December at 3pm, the comments will be listed and accounts will be selected at random. The randomly selected participants will be the winners. The winner's will be announced on the @LiquitexNZ story on Instagram and Facebook. They will also be sent a private messaged by @LiquitexNZ to ask for their full name and New Zealand postal address. The prize includes a set of Liquitex Basics Metallics 118ml Paints and will be couried to the address given. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or sent to another person.
Note: If we do not get a response from the winner advising their address within 5 working days, we will remove them from the winner list, and give the prize to the next particpant in line.
5. General Conditions
a. Jasco Pty (NZ) Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and may disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or attempts to undermine the fairness of the competition.
b. If for any reason the giveaway cannot proceed as planned due to technical failures or other issues beyond our control, Jasco Pty (NZ) Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway.
6. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Jasco NZ, its affiliates, and its employees from any liability or responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize.
7. Data Protection
Personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties unless required for the fulfillment of the prize.
8. Agreement of Terms and Conditions
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms shall remain in full force and effect.
